Lucente Construction has built over 350 homes in the area developing Lexington Place, The Preakness, Villas at Bella Terra, and Falconcrest Condominiums, Pimlico Place Condominiums, and Walnut Run Villas. As the premier builder in the area, Lucente became one of two companies in the nation to be awarded the 1999 builders “High Design Award” from Design Basic. The Villas at Bella Terra received the “Housing Award of Excellence” from the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Mahoning Valley as top villas in the area 2002-2004. Lucente was awarded the HBA Builder of the Year award in 1997 and the People’s Choice Builder of the Year from 2002-2004.
