Bob Lucente, a Mahoning County native, started Lucente and Sons Construction 20 years ago. Robert has been a successful businessman in this area since 1970, when he opened Lucianno's restaurant in Austintown. With a family tradition in the building business spanning 3 generations and over 80 years, Bob decided to develop a property with his father. He built the first home in the development to get the project started.
Twenty years later, Lucente Construction is considered the premier developer in the area. In 1999, Lucente Construction received national recognition by winning the "High Design Award," for outstanding Workmanship, Quality, and Design. Robert has built over 300 homes in the area, developing Lexington Place, The Preakness, Villas at Bella Terra, and Falconcrest Villas.
